這星期還是在做甜品，做了Lemon Madeleine 給自已跟 cup cake 給小 Kaemon. Lemon Madeleine 做出來味道很好， 是我愛的檸檬香味。我想Scone之外，這個Lemon Madeleine成了我最愛的下午茶小點。Madeleine 是一種法國小點心, 貝殼外型屬法國餅乾類，其實口感就是蛋糕， Madeleine 邊皮脆身、內裡實在又鬆軟，做茶點最適合了。
小cup cake 送了給小kaemon他很開心，看到他那小手拿著小疍榚的照片感覺很可愛。哈，小杯還用了他喜愛的Green colour.
LE CREUSET Antique Rose 粉紅琺瑯鑄鐵鍋上市啊! 廣告拍得很美，跟在家分享一下，還好粉紅色不是我杯茶，我有紫色已經很開心呢！

回覆刪除I went to IFC city super last Sunday and bought mini heart-shaped and oval shape (no cover) Le Creuset pots since they are doing promotion from 60%-80%.
Want to buy a bigger one...especially with this PINK!!!!

回覆刪除They are a lot of sizes displayed. Most of them display their classic orange-red color pots but definitely they have other colors too. Heard that they will do the promotion until end of March. But you can try calling City Super to check out the stock & price (if they entertain u) before heading off to HK.
